Our plans for Summer Camp Program this year are a little different.  The first day of camp will be June 14th it it will run for five weeks. The week of July 19th will be a week of Overnight Camp at the Cabell County 4-H Camp.  A final week of Day Camp will follow the next week.

During the Day Camp the children are picked up between 0:00-9:30am at different points in the community and taken to an area park.  We begin each day with a devotion and then allow the children some structured free time before being served a hot meal for lunch.

After lunch, depending on the time, we will play a game or activity then board up on the bus and go to an afternoon activity which may be swimming, skating, and tumbling or inflatable slides, etc.  Around 2:30 we load up to take the children home.

Summer Camp

The Huntington City Mission is looking for sponsors for the Summer Camp Program.  This program reaches over sixty at risk children from 1st through 6th grade each summer.
